TropicMist LLC – Return, Freight & Warranty Policy Industrial Equipment – Important Notice TropicMist LLC sells industrial-grade equipment intended for commercial, agricultural, and outdoor use. By purchasing from TropicMist LLC, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.
All Sales Final / No Returns All sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect application, site conditions, or use limitations. No Full Unit Replacements Full unit replacements are not provided under any circumstances. TropicMist LLC does not replace entire units due to shipping damage, handling issues, or post-delivery conditions. Freight & Shipping Damage. Damage occurring during shipping must be inspected and noted at the time of delivery. Buyer is responsible for documenting visible damage on the delivery receipt and providing photos or video. Freight-related damage is handled through the freight carrier’s insurance process. TropicMist LLC is not responsible for carrier handling errors or transit damage. Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Support Verified manufacturer defects are addressed through parts replacement and warranty support only. Warranty coverage includes: Motor: Covered by manufacturer’s limited warranty (up to one year). Parts: Limited 90-day warranty for manufacturer defects only. Labor, installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, and environmental conditions are not covered. Site Conditions & Operating Requirements Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring proper operating conditions, including flat and stable ground. Site limitations, maneuverability concerns, uneven surfaces, or space constraints do not qualify for returns, refunds, replacements, or warranty claims. Agreement & Acknowledgment By completing a purchase, Buyer confirms they have reviewed and agree to this Return, Freight & Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into the sales agreement
WARRANTY POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tropic Mist LLC provides limited warranties as outlined below. Manufacturer Motor Warranty- Electric motors are covered by a one (1) year limited manufacturer warranty. Parts Warranty- Non-motor components are covered by a ninety (90) day limited parts warranty. Warranty Coverage This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty Exclusions- Improper installation or misuse- Electrical issues or incorrect power supply- Freezing damage- Unauthorized modifications or repairs- Normal wear and tear Warranty Remedy- Warranty coverage is limited to replacement parts only.- Labor, expedited freight, and service costs are not included. Standard replacement part shipping may be covered at Tropic Mist LLC’s discretion
TERMS & CONDITIONS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Limitation of Liability Tropic Mist LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Force Majeure Tropic Mist LLC is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disruptions, port delays, or transportation interruptions
